Persatuan Agiliti Anjing Pulau Pinang (PAAPP) is a non-profit organization founded in 2001. The aim of the association is to promote the dog agility sport in Malaysia. The association is founded by 8 founder members from Penang. PAAPP organizes 6-7 competitions per year. We also provide training classes for those who wish to train their dogs in agility or obedience.

PAAPP has organized Agility & Obedience Trials (competition) in January, June, October, December in 2007. We plan to organize more trials in 2008. The Agility Trials allow competing dogs to accumulate points towards the Malaysian Agility Champion. The Obedience Trials allow competing dogs to accumulate points towards the Malaysian Obedience Champion. It is open to all dogs - non-pedigree or pedigree dogs (All-Malaysian or pure breed dogs).

If you wish to enter your dogs for agility or obedience competition, please email paapp@agility-penang.com for entry forms.

Please read here to know what it takes to obtain the titles. If you wish to just come to watch the competition, you are most welcome, admission is free.

PAAPP requires funds to organise dog trials for her members and for the public. The Board of Committee Members give their valuable time to help run the association. The money collected from training or donations goes towards the purchase of new equipment, repairing and painting the equipment, paying for rental fees of training grounds, transportation for equipment, trophies for the dog trials, etc. There is no 'salaried' staff currently in the association. There are many ways you can help to sponsor or donate some money to the association. Please contact Pauline Lee.(Treasurer, paapp@agility-penang.com) if you wish to make any sponsorship or donation to the association.
